Personal Use	Commercial Use	Merchandise Use
Personal use is what you would normally use most artworks for most people that does not do content creation or does not intend to use the artwork for continuation content creation.	Commercial use is specifically used for accounts that intend gain monetization. this section pretains to the creators/vtubers that wants to use the artwork to gain popularity.	merchandise use is rarely used and mainly is there if you intend to create merch using the artwork. for example: using the artwork to create physical merchandise such as badges, prints etc to be sold.
